Expectation Time

​

Maximum expectation time is 90 days for Gypsy-Vibe and 90 days for all other products, counted from the moment when we receive the payment (you will receive an email with a customer's order, where is stated an amont to be paid via bank transfer.

You will be notified when product is ready to be shipped.

Shipping

For all customers living in EU postage is free (DPD)

UK, Norway - 30eur (UPS)

USA, Canada - 90eur (UPS)

Please note, we are not taking any responsibility for your product after handling it to postage provider. All parcels are always insured. If there is a problem with postage we will help you to sort it out.

Taxes & Duties

All other countries outside of EU - customer is covering duties.

Returns

 

There is no return on this product due to the fact that it is a made to order, unless it comes damaged.

Our products come with life long free assistance.

If your unit will ever have any issue just cover the shipping and we will always repair it and make sure that will always sound like new.
